Employee Injures Leg While Operating Stand-Up Forklift

At approximately 9:36 p.m. on June 12, 2006, Employee #1 was operating a stand-up forklift. As he was traveling on the forklift, he lost control of its steering and crushed his left leg between the stand-up forklift and a metal storage rack. Employee #1 was transported to Riverside Community Hospital, where he was hospitalized and underwent surgery to mend an open fracture to his lower left leg and calf.
