Investigation Summary
At approximately 11:15 a.m. on February 3, 2006, Employee #1 was working on a fully-sheeted second floor. Employee #1 reached over the edge to pull up a 2-in.-by-4-in. board when he fell over the side 10 ft to a concrete slab. Employee #1 suffered fractures to both hands and contusions to his face. A coworker found Employee #1 and took him to the hospital where he was admitted for surgery and hospitalized for seven days.
