At approximately 9:30 a.m. on December 22, 2005, Employee #1 was operating an arbor press machine, when her fingers were caught in the point of operation and crushed. Two fingers on her right hand were amputated, and she was transported to Loma Linda University Medical Center, where she was treated and released the same day.
