Employee Slips on Wet Concrete Slurry and Fractures Leg

At approximately 10:50 a.m. on March 19, 2005, Employee #1, a laborer, was working at a precast concrete manufacturing facility. He was carrying a wood form to the carpenter shop when he slipped on a patch of wet concrete slurry. He fell to the ground causing a fracture to his left lower leg and was hospitalized.
