Employee Is Injured in Fall from Second Floor

At approximately 12:03 p.m. on July 1, 2004, an employee was working on the second floor of a residential home, above the garage, to mark the position for the bottom plate of the outer wall in the front of the house. While marking, he was facing towards the front of the house. He was bent over to mark the position. The employee said that he might have stepped on a piece of lumber, slid and fell on the dirt ground in front of the house.
