Employee killed after falling through a skylight

On January 26, 2004, an employee of Imperial Heating and Cooling was on a service call to the Silver Arrow to repair a roof top heater that was not working properly. The employee fell 16 ft 8 in. through a skylight and landed on the concrete floor. He was killed.
