Employee Struck by Chipping Hammer

Employee #1 was operating a chipping hammer in an excavation to remove concrete from existing storm water. Employee # 1 was struck on his neck and head by a piece of dirt that fell. Employee #1 sustained minor injuries and was kept overnight in the hospital for observation.
