Employee Killed by Fall

At approximately 9:00 a.m. on September 30, 2004, Employee #1, a laborer, was going to check concrete block joints that the two Masons just laid. To view the joints, Employee #1 used a door opening on the North side of the stairwell and fell through the opening. He was killed when he fell approximately 30 feet from the unguarded portion of a door opening to the bottom of the unfinished stairwell.
