Investigation Summary
On May 25, 2005, an employee, a truck driver, had just parked a 22-ft- truck and was crossing a driveway to change to a 16-ft-truck when he stepped into the path of another 16-ft-catering truck that was backing up. The driver of the backing truck did not see the employee behind his truck and the vehicle struck the employee, killing him.
