Employee Is Injured in Tractor Crash

Employee #1 ran his tractor into the middle of a backing top handler industrial truck (called Top Picks) when he drove across the intersections of Aisles B and C- 200 and Aisle B & C-100 toward the Chassis Yard. Employee #1 was thrown through the windshield of the tractor at the moment of impact and suffered head and chest laceration, and a right leg fracture. Employee #1 was hospitalized from May 22, 2006, until May 30. 2006.
