Employee's Skull Is Fractured in Fall from Truck Bed

On February 22, 2006, Employee # 1 was standing on the flat bed truck behind the cab while he adjusted the first wooden pallet mounted on a bundled copper sheet. He walked closer to the edge of the flat bed and fell from a height of approximately 4 feet to grade. Employee #1 was hospitalized for treatment of a fracture of the skull and dislocation of the left shoulder.
