Investigation Summary
At approximately 4:50 p.m. on January 20, 2005, Employee #1 was climbing a steep slope of a hill. Employee #1 tossed his clipboard onto a natural earth bench, so that he would have his hands free to scramble up the slope. Employee #1 lost his footing, slipped and tumbled down from a height approximately 150 ft sustaining rib fractures, a collapsed lung and multiple abrasions. Employee #1 was hospitalized.
