Employee Is Killed in Fall from Scaffold

At approximately 2:45 p.m. on March 4, 2004, Employee #1 was working from a rolling tower scaffold to paint a bay window. The work platform was set up on top of the scaffold's guardrails, and the ladder had been placed atop the platform. As he was painting the window, he suffered a stroke and fell approximately 15 feet to the ground, striking his head. Employee #1 was killed.
