Employee Is Killed When Run over by Dump Truck

At approximately 7:00 a.m. on October 20, 2004, Employee #1 climbed up into the bed of the dump truck he was driving to fix the tarp after being loaded with building demolition debris. Another dump truck went around and Employee #1 fell from his truck and was run over by the second truck. Employee #1 was pronounced dead at the hospital.
