Employees dies after apparent heart attack and fall

At approximately 9:00 a.m. on May 28, 2004, Employee #1 was working in the trash compactor room of a building under construction. He was using a 10 ft tall, A-frame ladder to install 4 ft long florescent light fixtures on a concrete ceiling when he grabbed his chest and fel,l head first, to the floor. He was transported to a local trauma center, where he was pronounced dead.
