Employee killed after fall through the skylight

At approximately 3:30 p.m. on March 3, 2003, an employee while working on a corrugated metal roof of a warehouse, stepped on and fell through a fiberglass skylight. Employee fell approximately 16.5 ft to the concrete interior. The employee was transported to a trauma unit where he later died.
