Employee is injured in fall from roof

At approximately 4:00 p.m. on August 19, 2004, Employee #1 and a coworker were removing a bundle of eight pre-fabricated wall sections from the second-story of a college dormitory construction project. The pre-fabricated wall sections fell on Employee #1 and the coworker causing them to fall over the side of the roof, 10 feet to the ground. Employee #1 sustained a fractured cranium, a fractured vertebra, and a broken left scapula. He was hospitalized with his injuries.
