Investigation Summary
At approximately 9:45 a.m. on October 24, 2007, Employee #1 was working in cheese cake production area. She was un-jamming a cake pan that was stuck on a moving conveyor belt. When she put her right hand to un-jam the pan, the next moving pan on the conveyor pinched her right finger against the decorator platform. Employee #1 was hospitalized with a partial amputation to top of her right ring finger.
