Employee Fractures His Head in Fall

At approximately 4:00 a.m. on July 23, 2007, Employee #1 was working at a poultry farm. He was cleaning the inside of the truck's cab he intended to drive for the day. As he stepped off the truck, he missed a step and fell backwards. He hit his head on the wheel's lug nuts of an adjacently parked truck. He suffered a depressed skull fracture to the back of his head and was hospitalized.
