Employee's Finger Is Amputated in Nail Machine

At approximately 2:40 p.m. on March 20, 2006, Employee #1, a mechanic with Commercial Lumber and Pallet located in City of Industry, California was working on Nailer Number 1, S: S: 504-001-0281.
