Investigation Summary
On October 12, 2004, Employee #1, an assistant with a painting contractor, was working at a private high school undergoing renovation. He was on a ladder that had been placed on top of a drop cloth. The ladder slipped, and he fell. Employee #1 was hospitalized with a fractured left femur and facial injuries.
