Employee drownes while removing a fountain from a pond

On October10, 2003, two employees, who worked in residential construction, were in a canoe removing a fountain from a pond for the winter. The canoe tipped over, and both employees went into the 40 degree water. Employee #1 reached the shore and was treated at a hospital, but Employee #2 drowned.
