Employee dies after fall

On October 9, 2003, Employee #1, a driver for KLM, LLC, a division of Annette Holdings, Inc., was preparing to haul a load of lumber at Bibler Bros. Lumber Company. The lumber had been strapped down and he was unfolding a tarp to cover the lumber. He was found lying face down on the concrete. There were no witnesses and it was not known if Employee #1 had fallen from the lumber or from the same level. He was taken to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.
