Employee dies of medical complications after fall

At approximately 1:15 p.m. on January 6, 2004, Employee #1 was using a stepladder to retrieve a stack of coffee cups from a shelf in a service deli. After falling from the ladder and fractured her left leg and knee, she was transported to a local hospital. Five days later, while being transported to another hospital, she died due to medical complications.
