Employee Dislocated Hip When Trip on Scale

At approximately 11:30 p.m. on September 11, 2003, employee was leaving an airport ticket counter. She stepped through the baggage scale at the desk, however, caught her foot on the rubber surface. She fell and sustained a dislocated hip, which required hospitalization for approximately two days.
