Employee injured between gang box door and frame

On October 20, 2003, Employee #1 was retrieving equipment from a gang box next to a concrete truck when the truck moved forward. He became caught between the gang box door and the gang door frame. Employee #1 sustained fractures to the lower part of both legs, for which he was hospitalized.
