Employee Fractures Leg in Fall from Scissor Lift Attachement

On June 29, 2006, Employee #1 was working from a homemade cage that was attached to a scissor lift. The cage became loose and fell. The employee jumped out of the cage and suffered a fractured leg that required hospitalization at El Centro Regional Medical Center.
