Employee's Arm Is Fractured When Caught in Conveyor

At about 2:00 p.m. on March 24, 2006, Employee #1, a maintenance engineer with Interstate Brands (a large commercial bakery), was adjusting a conveyor belt. The belt was operating and unguarded at the time. Employee #1's arm became caught in the in-running conveyor roller. He was hospitalized for a fracture.
