Employee Fractures Leg When Struck by Beams

At approximately 10:00 a.m., on October 12, 2005, Employee #1 was standing in close proximity to an industrial truck that was attempting to relocate a load of bundled laminated construction beams for C.R. Schreiber Construction, Inc. While being lifted, the beams shifted and slid along the forks of the industrial truck. The employee was injured, when the beams struck his lower leg. He was hospitalized for a fracture.
