Investigation Summary
At approximately 4:00 p.m. on October 25 2005, Employee #1 was repairing the roof of a greenhouse at Eden Rose Farms. He was replacing 12-ft long sections of aluminum railings. He received a shock and burn injuries when one of the aluminum sections contacted an overhead power line. Employee #1 was hospitalized for treatment of his injuries.
