Employee is injured after falling from scaffold

On June 3 2004, an employee of Demko Drywall was working about 2-ft high on a portable scaffold inside a commercial building. He was sanding drywall at the time. He lost his balance and fell backward, striking his head on the concrete floor. He was hospitalized and treated for a concussion.
