Employee Is Killed When Crushed by Truck

Employee #1 worked as a truck driver for his company. Employee #1 was attempting to help another employee with his semi-trailer. Employee #1 was working beneath the trailer's deck when the trailer moved backward pinning him between the trailer's frame and sliding tandem axle crushing him. He was crushed and pronounced dead at the scene.
