Employee dies after fall from roof

On December 15, 2003, an employee, a self-employed roofer, was installing the first row of papers along an eve of a roof. He fell from the edge of the pitched roof of a new 2-story-single-family dwelling. He subsequently died from his injuries sustained from the fall.
