Employee killed when vehicle rolls-over

On April 20, 2004, Employee #1, an operator, was operating an all terrain vehicle with a ranch hand. Employee #1 lost control over the vehicle and it flipped over the end, crushing Employee #1's skull. Employee #1 was carrying an unsecured load (a chain) and did not wear a helmet. It was believed that the vehicle was travelling at a speed of 30 to 35 mph.
