Employee Falls And Sustains A Fracture

Employee #1 was chiseling connecting holes in a 4-in. by 12-in. by 14-ft ledger beam to make them larger. The beam was 14 ft high on a block walls. The bean and Employee #1 fell. Employee #1 sustained fractures to both of his heels and a compound fracture of his left wrist. Employee #1 was hospitalized.
