Employee Falls Through Skylight And Suffers Fractures

Employee #1 was cleaning out a gutter of a cow barn when he stepped through a 3-ft by 4-ft piece of translucent fiberglass (skylight) and fell 18 ft 2 in. to the ground. Employee #1 suffered fractures and was hospitalized.
