Employee Killed When Struck by Vehicle

On March 15, 2004, Employee #1, an EMS worker, crossed the highway during a car accident. While Employee #1 was crossing the highway he was struck by a vehicle. Employee #1 sustained injuries to his legs and was admitted to the hospital. The hospital had to perform amputation to his legs. Employee #1 died as a result to his injuries.
