Employee Falls From Roof and is Killed

Employee #1 was working on the roof of a commercial structure. While accessing the roof, he fell 16 feet from an extension ladder to the paved parking lot. Employee #1 sustained massive blunt force trauma to the head, cervical and thoracic spine injuries, and was killed.
