Truck driver killed by falling load

Employee #1, a truck driver, was standing on the passenger side of the trailer while it was being loaded with 15-ft long 30-in. diameter, 950 to1000 pound rolls of liner. The rolls were not secured. One of the rolls rolled off the trailer onto the driver and killed him.
