Employee killed in fall from roof

On July 15, 2003, Employee #1 and a coworker were installing plywood sheathing onto the low sloped roof of a condominium building. Employee #1 was cutting and moving plywood sheets to be nailed by a coworker. Both were on the building roof. As Employee #1 was taking a sheet to the coworker, he slipped and lost his balance and fell from the roof edge about 38 ft to the ground. He was killed.
