Employee Dies from Head Injury

At approximately 4:00 p.m. on January 25, 2005, Employee #1, a laborer, and a coworker were close to the end of their work shift; approximately 30 minutes remaining. The coworker was located on a ladder while Employee #1 was working from the floor below. For an unknown reason, Employee #1 passed out and hit his head on the floor. The coworker did not see Employee #1 fall, but discovered him lying on the floor when he felt something near his leg. Employee #1 was taken to a local hospital where he died three days later due to internal bleeding.
