Employee dies after fall from scaffold

On December 10, 2003, Employee #1 was working from a scaffold approximately eight feet from the ground. Another contractor in a bobcat with a rafter lifting attachment slid into the scaffold knocking Employee #1 from the scaffold onto the ground. He landed head first onto the concrete floor. Employee #1 sustained trauma to the head and was later pronounced dead at the hospital.
