Employee is struck by nail from nail gun

On July 15, 2003, an employee was working in a structure under construction. He was struck in the chest with a nail discharged from a pneumatic nail gun which was being used by a coworker to toenail a piece of 2-in. by 12-in. rim board into the top plate of a wall. He was hospitalized for a puncture wound.
