Employee killed after falling from ladder

On June 24, 2003, Employee #1 was removing lettering from a wall, when he fell 9 to 10 feet from the ladder. He hit his head on the way down. Employee #1 was assisted by emergency medical personnel and transported to Orlando Reginal Medical Center where he died.
