Employee struck by a chunk of metal

On December 11, 2003, Employee #1 was working on the opposite side as the crane operator. While the crane was loading the semi trailer a chunk of metal either slipped off the magnet or bounced out of the trailer and struck Employee #1 in the head. He died of a skull fracture to the right orbital plate.
