Employee injured in fall while descending ladder

On December 9, 2003, Employee #1, a plumber, pipefitter and steamfitter apprentice, was carrying a bucket while descending a ladder. He lost his grip on the ladder and fell approximately 8 ft to the ground. Employee #1 suffered sustained a fracture, for which he was hospitalized.
