Employee sprained ankle from seven foot fall

An employee was installing a joist on the wooden deck over the foundation tunnel of a grain elevator. He was leaning over the edge of the existing decking to nail in the joist. The joist fell, which caused him to lose his balance and he fell approximately 7.5 feet to a concrete floor. He was hospitalized with a sprained ankle.
