Employee Suffers Pulmonary Thrombosis and Dies at Hospital

On March 28, 2005, Employee #1 came to work and was climbing the stairway when he collapsed. Employees in the area came to him and performed CPR. The ambulance arrived and took him to the hospital where died from a pulmonary thrombosis (blood clot). The original narrative gave no other details.
