Employee dies from asphyxia when track rolls over

On May 27, 2004, Employee #1 was driving a Polaris Big Boss ATV, 6 wheels by 6 wheels, on the west side of a steep embankment railroad track. As part of his job task, Employee #1 was spraying vegetation, while leading the Polaris ATV to the facility. The Polaris ATV rolled over, pinning him underneath the ATV. Employee #1's chest was compressed and made him unable to breathe. Employee #1 died from asphyxia.
