Employee killed after being crushed between two trucks

On April 9, 2004, Employee #1 was standing between two trucks. One truck had pulled into the receiving lot and stopped, and the second truck pulled in behind it and stopped. There was about 3 ft to 5 ft between the two trucks. The driver of the second truck got out when the driver of the first truck backed up, crushing the employee. Employee #1 was killed.
